Description

Candidates should have 2 years professional kitchen experience, including cooking.

Requirements:
– Experience in foodservice
– Understanding of cooking methods, ingredients and equipment.
– Task-driven individual willing to learn
– Must be own the kitchen including all dishwashing, cleaning and par counts

Responsibilities :
– Cooking and preparing all menu items in accordance to standards set by Chef
– Stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of food in the line
– Food preparation and portioning prior to service
– Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment
– Assisting servers and bartenders in bringing food to the table and bussing tables as needed
