Award winning Peruvian restaurant in Miami is looking for experience staff to join our team at our NEW LOCATIO IN DADELAND MALL. Candidates must be able to work night, weekends and holidays; Part time and full time positions available.

General Managers, Assistant Managers — Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in fine dining, high volume.
• Most have strong leadership Skills and abilities.
• Ability to manage, lead, train, and develop people.
• Strong communication skills.
• Must be dependable, reliable and motivated.
• Must be outgoing, personal, and reliable with a strong sense of hospitality.

Professional Servers- Minimum 2 years experience in fine dining, high volume. Must be able to lift at least 30 lb. Bi-lingual is a plus. Experience in wine and fine food a plus.

Food runners and Expo — Minimum 1 year experience. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.

Experienced Bartenders — Minimum 1 years experience. Must be able to lift at least 30 lbs. Mixology experience a plus. Bi-lingual is a plus.

Bussers — Minimum 1 year experience. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.

Silverware roller positions — Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.

Cashiers — Minimum 1 year experience. Must be willing to learn.

Host/Hostess — Minimum 1 year experience. Must be willing to learn.

Hot and Cold Kitchen Cooks: (sautéed, wok, fryer, hot/cold prep, sushi and ceviche experts) — Minimum 1 year experience. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.

Dishwashers — Minimum 1 year experience. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
