We are seeking to hire dynamic and experienced BOH individuals (Prep Chefs, Line Chefs, and Sous Chef) to join our award winning hospitality team.

We are hiring in the following departments:

Line Cook
Duties & Essential Functions:
-Ensures the preparation station and kitchen are set up and stocked prior to service.
-Prepares menu items in cooperation with the kitchen team.
-Ensures that all dishes are prepared in a timely manner by restocking ingredients at the workstation and meeting prep times for smooth delivery.
-Labels, stocks, and organizes inventory.
-Works efficiently with kitchen team members and complies with company procedures and food safety standards.
-Familiarity with Korean cuisine.
-Must be able to lift heavy boxes (at least 50 lbs).
-Ability to walk, stand, and bend for extended periods of time over multiple floors.
-Occasional kneeling, bending, crouching, and climbing is required.
-Available to work weekends, nights, and holidays as the business dictates.
-Knowledge of workplace safety procedures.
-Previous NYC hospitality experience preferred (2+ years).
-Hourly compensation based on experience.

Prep Cook
Duties & Essential Functions:
-Measures ingredients and seasonings and prepares cooking ingredients for service.
-Undertakes basic cooking duties such as monitoring stock levels, reducing sauces, preparing pickles and kimchi.
-Ensures all food and other items are stored properly and tagged, date-labeled, covered, and rotated effectively.
-Complies with nutrition and sanitation guidelines.
-Supervises food and cooling room temperatures.
-Labels, stocks, and organizes all ingredients on shelves for easy accessibility.
-Works efficiently with kitchen team members and complies with company procedures and food safety standards.
-Familiarity with Korean cuisine
-Must be able to lift heavy boxes (at least 50 lbs).
-Ability to walk, stand, and bend for extended periods of time over multiple floors.
-Occasional kneeling, bending, crouching, and climbing is required.
-Available to work weekends, nights, and holidays as the business dictates.
-Knowledge of workplace safety procedures.
-Previous NYC hospitality experience preferred (2+ years).

Sous Chef
Duties & Essential Functions:
-Ensures exceptional quality of all ingredients, preparation and plating of food items.
-Conducts daily line checks to ensure highest quality of daily productions.
-Trains all line chefs and cooks to maintain the exceptional standard of quality and consistency.
-Ensures that sanitation standards as set forth by NYC DOH regulations are compliant.
-Be fully trained in all ordering and costing software.
-Must be able to lift heavy boxes (at least 50 lbs).
-Ability to walk, stand, and bend for extended periods of time over multiple floors.
-Occasional kneeling, bending, crouching, and climbing is required.
-Available to work weekends, nights, and holidays as the business dictates.
-Knowledge of workplace safety procedures.
-Previous NYC hospitality experience preferred (6+ months).
-Salary compensation based on experience.
