Small Business in Joliet, Illinois is looking to hire a dependable, motivated, organized Customer Service/ Sales Receptionist to join our team. Ideal candidate must be detail oriented, self-motivated and must posses the ability to effectively multi task.

* Excellent phone presence and good customer service is a must

* Initiative, able to work independently and also a cooperative team member

* Punctual with good judgment and decision making skills

* Proficient in QuickBooks online

* Able to handle multiple tasks at once

* Great organization skills with attention to detail and accuracy

*Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment where things change often

* One year experience preferred

* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

* Trainable and willing to learn new ideas

Hourly Rate depends on experience and capabilities. Typical hours are 40 hrs/wk Monday – Friday 8am – 4:30pm. Hours may change due to needs of company. The pay is $13 an hour. Benefits: Paid holidays after introductory period, Vacation days after the introductory period, health insurance offered after introductory time period.
