General Requirements:

*Part-time 25 h -30 h, non-management position(with potential for advancement to management position)
*Reliable transportation required
*Must have prior office experience
*Must be computer literate(Microsoft Office, EXCEL, WORD)
*Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
*Strong attention to detail
*Bilingual (Spanish) a plus, but not required
*Excellent written/oral communication skills
*Training provided
*Ability to work flexible, but set shifts, as well as Saturdays/Holidays Basic Job Functions:
*Outbound calls/Inbound calls
*Coordinating Service Truck Routes
*Appointment logistics and scheduling
*Maintaining service contacts
*Dispatching service calls
*Data Entry
*Customer service
*Scheduling appointments
*Relaxed, business casual in a small, friendly office setting
