Customer Care / Admin. Assistant

Raleigh, NC

Growing Raleigh lawn care/ Pest Control firm is seeking a customer care/accounts receivable specialist to join our team.

Location: Raleigh.

Responsibilities and Duties

The right team member will be proficient in, but not limited to:

Customer care coordination between customers and management; verify and enter new customers; manage busy phone system, receive inbound and make outbound calls involving routine customer care in a timely and professional manner; interpret concerns and seek management intervention as appropriate for more complex issues; communicate with field staff daily concerning customer requests and/or scheduling issues

This person must have excellent phone skills and follow company standards for daily operations. A great attitude and good communication skills are a must!

Qualifications and Skills

Education and experience requirements:The position requires a high school diploma/GED, a degree is preferred. The position requires 2+ years of customer service. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.). This is a great opportunity for the right applicant.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $11.00 to $12.00 /hour
