Pocket Chefs is a family business that provides meal prep for families by matching them with local chefs. We are an inviting family atmosphere, seeking a customer care and booking manager.

We are looking for a very detail orientated person, a quick thinker, and a person who is very on point! We need someone who is experienced with expediting and managing multiple accounts and employees.

What will you do?
Dealing with customers and chefs you will have to be very attentive and responsive. Time is of the essence when keeping the interest of our customers. Communication will be KEY in your ability to execute the following responsibilities.

Manage Customers
Quickly expedite customer payments and scheduling
Answer any questions regarding packages and booking processes
Frequent customer follow ups
Manage accounts and customer charges
Manage Chefs
Properly connect chefs with customers
Manage scheduling
Verify chefs hours and clock out requirements
Customer Engagement
Engage customers through website and social media
Draw customers into pipeline
Observe trends and creative strategies to close sales

What do we offer?
Salary Pay
$500 per month during trial period
$1,000 per month after trial period
Competitive pay + bonuses
