Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a part-time qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Customer Relations Representative. Customer Relations Representative Responsibilities:
•Ability to collect payments and explain billing
•Ability to contact customers for the purpose of collecting policy related information.
•Ability to articulate and explain policies/coverages to customers
•Ability to identify additional needs of customers to offer additional products.
•Handle clerical activities such as:
•Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
•Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Customer Relations Representative Requirements:

• Property & Casualty/Life & Health licenses (must be able to obtain within 30 days)
•Customer Service experience – preferred
•Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
•Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
•People-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
