In this fantastic opportunity, you will be responsible for managing inbound calls and processing customer information.

Please review the role’s responsibilities below:

• Handling customer application process
• Customer resolution
• Assisting with account balance and inquiries Qualifications
• Ability to pass screening assessments
Customer Service and Typing.
• Ability to handle 100-120 calls per day
• Willing to consent to a client specific drug screen & background check.

Pay Rate: $10-$13

Shift Details:
Monday – Friday; 40 hours (Schedule will change once training is complete) Must be able to work at least one weekend day each week.
Training Hours : 10AM-7PM (Hours will change once training is complete)
