Goal: The primary reason that the position of a customer service attendant exists at the car wash is to provide a safe, fast, clean, friendly experience to the car wash customer.
Level of Work: Time span is one day to three months with the job role being production and direct labor while perform the job function of connecting to customers and production using the tools and supplies at the wash and solving problems by best practice experiences and trial and error.

a. Damage claims are reduced
b. Conveyor speed is maintained
c. The movement of customer vehicles onto the conveyor is quick and safe
d. Provide favorable presentation to company standard

c. Customer questions are answered correctly, quickly and in a friendly manner

d. Learn how to assist and train new customer service attendants
e. Ensure all the steps of the customer service attendant procedures are followed correctly
f. Continually learn how to maintain and repair car wash equipment

PRIMARY DUTIES
1. Production of Wash
a. Load every customer vehicle according to company policy
b. Facilitate the efficient process of customer vehicles by following the correct procedure for every vehicle through the car wash
c. Guide on customers using distinctive and clear hand signals
d. Maintain eye contact and smile
e. Review the entrance end sign instructions with every customer
f. Give the customer “two thumbs-up” sign when their vehicle is placed correctly and ready to start the wash process
g. Continually clean all areas of the car wash between guiding customers onto the conveyor
h. Perform preventive maintenance on the car wash equipment
i. Perform minor equipment repairs as trained and directed
j. Keep personal appearance clean and uniform neat in appearance
k. Consistently and correctly uphold company policies
l. Attend and actively participate in meetings and training sessions when available
m. Performs other related duties as required and assigned

SKILLS
1. Learn to communicate effectively with managers, co-workers and customers

3. Manage all monetary transactions to include bank deposits and pay station reconciliation
4. Assist in managing Spare Parts Inventory
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
1. Working in all types of weather conditions
2. Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time
3. Ability to lift 50 pounds
REQUIREMENT
1. Must have High School Diploma or Equivalent
2. Enjoy working with Customers
3. Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
4. Ability to be courteous and act in a professional manner
