Marietta Toyota’s Business Development Center is looking to hire motivated BDC Sales Associates to respond to internet and telephone inquiries from potential customers. Ideal candidates will be enthusiastic, goal driven professionals who are masters of influence, love working the telephone and speaking with customers face-to-face. BDC Sales Associate – Job Responsibilities:

Learn about and be a continuing student of the products we offer
Respond to internet inquiries and incoming calls from potential customers
Follow up on current and past customers
Identify customer’s needs, present products, and meet sales targets
Successfully book appointments for potential customers to visit the dealership
Must be willing and able to make 100-150 outbound calls each day
Give an enthusiastic and great impression of our dealership
Successfully manage tasks in a fast-paced environment

BDC Sales Associate – Job Requirements:

BDC Sales Experience required
eLeads CRM experience required!
Must like talking on the phone and answering customer’s questions about our extensive line of products.
Excellent communication skills and telephone skills
The ability to multi-task, follow direction, be open to change, work effectively under pressure, and to positively defuse negative situations with customers.
Strong work ethic, computer savvy, team oriented and organized
Professional appearance and a positive attitude
High school diploma or equivalent required
Valid in-state driver’s license and automobile insurance
Excellent communication skills, written and oral
Resume must be uploaded, and online assessment completed for immediate consideration.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
