We are up and running and are STILL looking for experienced Customer Service people in San Antonio.
***This is an INTERNAL POSITION and is located on Blanco RD. just inside the loop 410.

iWORKS PERSONNEL is a personnel staffing agency in its 15th year of business and growing. We service a very diverse client base, but we primarily service the construction, manufacturing, logistics and restoration companies.

What we do: We recruit, interview, pre-screen then dispatch people to various jobs on a temporary or temp to hire basis to various assignments. We service all industries needing Blue -Collar Skilled or Unskilled labor on a temporary or temp-to-hire basis.

We are looking for energetic, outgoing go-getters for our TEAM, who are strongly motivated, and have high retention level. We are willing to TRAIN and promote to our Management Team.

We will train on all aspects of our industry from the ground up.

This position requires EARLY RISERS as we open up at 5:00am. So if you cannot wake up early, please do not apply.

The position starts from 5:00am till 2:00pm
* Rotating on call as needed every third weekend

Candidates must be flexible to work these shifts, be reliable and dependable. It’s paid training.

The right candidate must:

* Be OUTGOING & ENERGETIC
* Enjoy talking with people in *person, on the phone and via email correspondence.
* Be able to work rotating weekends, every 3rd weekend.
* Have own Reliable transportation
* Clean Background
* Pass a Drug Screen
* Valid TXDL

This position is not for shy or laid back people.

Job Duties to include:

* Accounts receivables (collections)
* Dispatching Workers
* **Recruitment of Workers (off applications, Work in Texas TWC, or internet mining). Always recruiting!!
* Visit active and prospective clients at their sites. These are field visits.
* Scanning, faxing, filing
* Data Entry
* Great Phone Service skills
* Organized
* At times escort workers
* Pay Out Workers
* Inventories
* Screening of Workers ( CSR’s will conduct in house drug testing for temp employees)
* Go out in field to visit clients (mileage reimbursement for use of personal vehicle.)

Starting pay is $13-$16 depending on experience
