Stromboli’s is a small, fast-paced New York style pizzeria in Windermere, seeking experienced full/part time Customer Service Representatives for immediate employment. As a customer service representative, you are responsible for fulfilling all orders for the restaurant, and delivering quick, accurate, and excellent service for all customers. Multitasking and customer care handling are crucial parts of this position. Keeping recurring and new customers in our rapidly expanding neighborhood happy is our number one priority.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Greeting customers, answering phones promptly, responding to questions, correctly fulfill orders/transactions, ability to multitask while still providing outstanding customer service.
Operate cash register, manage financial transactions, and balance cash drawer.
Maintain a clean, orderly dining area and serving station.
Extensive knowledge of our menu to establish quality service.

Key Job Requirements:
High School Diploma/Equivalent
Serving/Customer Service/Cashier Experience (min. 1-2 years)
Experience with POS systems and basic computer skills
Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
The ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
