$11-15/hr based on experience

Morning, Evening and Night shifts available.

8am-4pm (Mon-Fri)

4pm-12am (Mon-Fri)

12AM-8AM (Mon-Fri)

You will be scheduled a 40 hour work week. Candidates must be flexible in your hours and availability. DO NOT APPLY if you are not available to work these days.

ALL Training will be conducted during the day, generally 8-4, Mon-Fri

After your training, you will be assigned to shift.

Once trained, you will have a set schedule that you will know 1 month in advance what days you are working so that you may plan accordingly.

We are located in CARTERSVILLE, GA…so you should be within 15 minutes of Cartersville.

We are looking for an honest, reliable, hardworking, proactive, energetic and ambitious person who is willing to work hard as a member of a team to help the company grow. The ideal candidate will have the following:

DISPATCH experience, but not required
Great attitude and work ethic. . .quick learner
Great customer service
Good verbal/phone skills — must be a clear communicator
Able to multitask under pressure and prioritize customer needs
Computer experience, Excel and Quick Books
Ability to read maps and help mechanics with directions.
Some of the main responsibilities of this candidate would be:

Receive and record service calls
Dispatch mechanics with details of service call
Keep customers updated on status of call
Create invoices
Receive various forms of payment.
