StatesideBPO is looking to hire work from home Customer Service Agents to support inbound calls for a health and beauty company. The successful candidate will be reliable and able to maintain the excellent level of service the callers are accustomed to receiving. The candidate must be flexible and a team player. The successful candidate will process orders, answer questions, and manage the needs of the callers. We are looking for people who are empathetic and willing to assist. All customer service agents must have excellent computer skills with experience working with Windows 10.
The candidate must have their own equipment that meets the requirements provided. We do need candidates who are looking for a long term employment opportunity.
Customer Service Agent Responsibilities:

• Respond efficiently and accurately to callers ensuring they feel supported and valued
• Understand and strive to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service.
