Customer Service Representative – Info./Intake Position

The Rep for Vets ®, LLC has an opening for a motivated individual who possesses exceptional interpersonal communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering appropriate information from potential clients, identifying potential clients’ needs, inputting and managing accurate information into a computer database, and managing a large amount of both inbound and outbound calls.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Keep cases organized by establishing and organizing files; documenting actions; inputting information into file database and following up on directives.
• Provide updates to potential clients on status.
• Use problem-solving skills to resolve potential client issues.
• Communicate issues and ideas to other staff members as they relate to claims.
• Prioritize daily tasks and complete the tasks in an accurate and effective manner.

Our office environment is “business casual”, but our work product and reputation are of absolute professionalism. Successful applicants must be able to work independently and handle many projects in a fast paced environment. The ability to perform several tasks at once and maintain accuracy is important.

Working hours: Monday-Friday 8:45am – 5:30pm

Summary of Qualifications:

• Skills at managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Possess exceptional interpersonal communication skills
• Highly adaptable to process and system changes
• Must be detail oriented with good judgment and problem solving skills
• Demonstrate a stable employment history (Preferred but not required)
• 1-2 years administrative office experience
• 1-2 years customer service experience in an office environment
