9:30am – 6:00pm Monday – Friday with some flexibility on the hours. No weekends required.

Quick Delivery has been in business since 1983 and is a leading Chicagoland provider of same day, expedited deliveries. Come join our family! In this role, you will provide support to the customer service team on a variety of projects and tasks. You will have heavy interaction with customers primarily via phone and email.

Requirements: Pleasant phone personality coupled with solid computer skills. The ability to be an efficient multi-tasker is key. Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast paced environment to provide quick and courteous service to customers and meet project objectives. Preference will be given to candidates who live within 15 miles of Schaumburg.

Position Description: This is a full time position Monday through Friday. Periodic overtime may be required. Our company prides itself on efficient customer service and support. Need to be open to a variety of duties within additional departments and have growth potential. You will be an integral team member providing clients with information about our business to business services and options. This is a critical position to the company as you will a member of the team that is the primary customer contact.
