An opportunity for a dependable, professional, part-time Customer Service Representative for the Martin’s Wellness Compounding Pharmacy, Dripping Springs, awaits the perfect candidate; working in a fast-paced store setting, servicing all front of store customer needs. You are the first face the customer sees, and it is important to have a positive outlook and can-do work ethic, with professionalism. This is a key role in our community, family-owned pharmacy.
Applicants should also be near Dripping Springs/Austin area with reliable transportation and be willing to work at both store locations if necessary – though unusual (Dripping Springs, or South Lamar, Austin). Applicants must be flexible to work the open store hours including rotating Saturdays. We expect to schedule this position for 20-24 hours per week during our open store hours. May become a full-time position in a 4-5 months.
Store hours:
Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 7:00 pm
Saturday: 9am – 2pm (1 – 2 times per month)
Sunday: Closed
We are closed to observe 6 holidays per year, when they fall on a regular business day.
Basic Qualifications:
– Must be able to display and use professional judgment at all times
– Must take initiative and be a problem solver
– Great customer service skills with patience for our customers
– Punctual, positive and follow protocol of pharmacy business
– Experience using a POS system in retail setting a plus
– Able to stand for 98% of the time.
– Some heavy lifting or ladder use
– Follow company policy in regard to Covid protections

Additional Qualifications Desired:
– Bilingual
– Experience using Computer Rx, or other pharmacy system or a POS system – equivalent or aptitude to learn cashier/prescription system
The Customer Service Representative has many and varied responsibilities in the store. The right person to fill the role will carry out the small and large tasks of the job- serving our patrons, cashiering, stocking, ordering product, cleaning duties and more. An ability to learn quickly and be a flexible team player are great assets to bring to this position.
