Description

We are looking to fill customer service positions, both part time, with ability to gain more hours, in a retail/sales environment.

The following requirements are a must:

-Submit to a background check & be aged 21 or older
-Weekend availability & open availability
-Exceptional customer service skills (build & maintain relationships with new and existing customers)
-Friendly and outgoing disposition (maintain enthusiastic & outgoing attitude)
-Attention to detail
-Knowledge or interest of firearms, and/or ability to practice safe handling

The following are preferred, but not required:

-Previous retail sales experience
-Multi-tasking abilities (equipment rental/maintenance, sales transactions, multi-line phone system, point of sale computer system)

Upon jointing the team, you will be required to:

-Adhere to standard operating policies & procedures
-Comply to Federal Firearms Regulations (directly & accurately obtain and input information into computer system)
-Work well independently, as well as in a team environment
