Our company is the leading manufacturer of 3D laser etched crystals. We produce very high quality, top of the line-personalized crystals for our customers.
We currently have 60 successful retail locations from coast to coast and we are in a period of growth in number, size, and locations.
We are looking to grow by adding an additional person.

Responsibilities include but not limited to customer service, online chats, computer data management, filling, correspondence, personal assistance matters, appointments, running errands, etc.
Must have top computer and language skills, common sense, absolute attention to detail, reliability, and independence.

Bilingual English and Hebrew is a plus.

– You are friendly, personable, happy and ready to help others. We have an easygoing office, but the work is sometimes intense.
– You are very well organized.
– You take the initiative and solve problems on your own, but can also follow instructions for established processes.
– You like being part of a team. We use a team-based approach in our office,
– You adapt quickly. Sometimes things at our office move very quickly and we must change priorities on a moment’s notice.

– Customer service in call center – at least 2 years of experience is mandatory!
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Organized with attention to detail
– Computer literate (MS Office, Photoshop is a plus)
– Verbal and written communication skills
– Able to multitask efficiently

Working hours are Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 5:30 pm (weekends may be required in busy times)
