Position: Customer Service Rep / Call center
Location: Long Island City, NY 11101

Note: The candidate must be available for the interview immediately. Must be fine with rotational shift timings including weekend shifts.

Job Description:

Must have 2 – 4 years of experience in customer service with database experience.
High School Diploma/GED is required.
Bi-lingual / Spanish is plus.
Experience in handling a high volume of inbound/outbound calls.
PC literate, Proficient with MS office suite.
Good data entry skills, good typing skills.
Excellent oral communication.

Additional Note:

This is an eighteen-hour operation call center which starts at 6:00 am and ends at 12:00 am seven days a week, Sunday-Saturday. Should be willing to work anytime in this timeframe, any eight-hour shift within this timeframe, based on the needs of the Department.
Should be willing to consider the work schedules five days a week including weekends and holidays. During emergency situations, they may be asked to work more than 40 hours a week.
