PRIMEDIA Network, Inc. is a broadcast media agency (www.primedianetwork.com) and we have an immediate need for Outbound Customer Service Call Center Reps to work on our client business calling back short or missed calls and getting basic information and also setting client appointments. Client Verticals include ED Treatment, Stem Cell Therapy, Blood Plasma centers, Tax Prep and Resolution and Home Improvement companies.

• Base hourly of $15 per hour PLUS Commissions — Make $20-$25 Per Hour
• Flex hours as our company is open Mon-Fri from 9a to 6p

Responsibilities:

Provide information about our programs and services
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving programs and services

Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
