Description

Customerservicerepresentative position opening in Houston based Credit Repair Firm. Mostly phone and clerical work with ‘warm’ leads. Job Expectations:

Obtain necessary documents from clients
Call clients for payments
Help the client access their credit reports
Take calls from clients with questions
Maintain a positive attitude
Follow up with clients throughout the process
Update client and referrers on current status and any future updates.
Schedule:

40 Hours per week
Pay:

Expectations for training to last 90 days with an ability to exit training in 60 days, with promotion and increase pay to be determined during Required skills (All are a must):
