Responsibilities in the Guest Service Department:
Our guest service team takes in-bound calls from guest who have already purchased a vacation package through our company. We help the guest set their travel dates, answer any questions the guest may have, and resolve any issues the guest might have. Maintaining a friendly and upbeat attitude, regardless of the circumstances, is a must!

Schedules: Monday- Friday 9:00-5:30 and Saturday 9:00am-2:00pm or 4:00pm-9:00pm
Monday-Friday 12:30pm – 9:00pm
