The requirements of this position is to maximize positive customer experiences by responding to customer inquiries. Customer Service Representatives will analyze, clarify, and resolve basic policy and account-related questions. Additionally, the CSR will be responsible for cross selling of products and updating our sales marketing program with future prospects.

Duties to include:
• Manage incoming calls and customer service inquires
• Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
•Refer unresolved policy holder issues to the agent
•Process payments
•Print – email/mail ID cards
• Mail documents as needed to policy holders
• Create Quote folder – Finalize checklist and file/upload when completed
•Work Alerts Daily
• Keep record of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file/upload documents
• Be the liaison between underwriting, claims and billing when needed to resolve customer concerns
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

It will be required that all CSR have their license or are licensed within 1 month of being hired, offered by owner.

This position can be a Full Time or Part Time position
