We are looking for talented customer service representative for our contact center with a passion for the metaphysical and a ‘can-do’ problem-solving spirit to join our team.

What you need to be successful:

Individuals who possess the ability to resourcefully solve problems
Knowledge and/or interest in spiritual/new age, metaphysical and/or psychic arts
High school diploma or its equivalent
2 years’ experience in a customer service and up-selling environment preferable in a call center
Type speed of at least 45 WPM

Preferred:

Sales and/or customer service training
College Degree
Knowledge of internet applications
Knowledge of personal computer in a Windows environment
