Job Description:

We are seeking qualified candidates with a strong call center and customer service/ sales background to join our expanding Health Insurance Advocate team! The Health Insurance Advocate is responsible for making outbound sales calls from customers who have asked for our assistance with their health insurance needs, as well as fielding inbound sales calls in to our Sales Center. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong phone communication skills.

The Health Insurance Advocate will learn GetHealth-E processes and quickly assimilate information to meet sales/call handling quotas while recording high-quality information regarding customer information and contact results. The Health Insurance Advocate will be detail oriented and able to meet contact/call quotas while remaining compliant with GetHealth-E policies and both Federal, and State, regulations.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers who have indicated they need help with their health insurance.
Provide an excellent consumer experience for all callers
Guide consumers through the initial buying process by effectively screening calls and transferring calls to the appropriate sales team
Escalate calls to a supervisor when necessary
Successfully complete all training requirements
Comply with Federal CMS and State legal requirements and standards
Qualifications:

Preferred: Minimum of 1-2 years of Call Center experience either in Sales or Customer Service
Excellent verbal communication skills
Basic computer proficiency
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both customers, and co-workers
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Hourly rate is $14 per hour plus $20 per sale that is made by one of our Benefit Specialists. Average monthly sales commission ranges between $800 and $2,000.
