Hello, we are fully-remote online video company called Streamable (https://streamable.com) which makes it easy for anyone to upload and host their video content.

We are looking for a customer support specialist who can follow up with customers, answer tickets, create support articles, and implement customer success programs.

Successful candidates must be social, analytical, possess an aptitude for learning and using new software, and be able to write clearly and effectively in English (no exceptions).

This job is part-time with flexible hours, up to 20 hours per week. Candidates can work wherever they wish but they must be available to respond via online chat.
