Description

We are looking for a dependable Office Assistant with house cleaning experience to join our team.

Job Duties:

Handle the business telephone calls, complete business in-home estimates (2/day), customer communications to staff/team members, employee applicants-schedule/complile paperwork, run morning huddles, and assist in the operation of Merry Maids.

Office Assistant Primary Responsibilities

1. Run/Communicate the morning Huddles in a timely manner.

2. Handle potential customer inquiries and follow telephone script to persuade callers to schedule a sales call.

3. Call incoming leads.

4. Ensure that all customers have a credit card on file—before house cleaning occurs.

5. Assist the team in loading and unloading car daily.

6. Handle potential employee inquiries and follow telephone script to persuade callers to complete a phone interview for position openings (as needed).

7. Handle new employee applications (as needed only).

8. Administer “New Employee Paperwork” to newly hired employees

9. Handle customer complaints and assist with customer retention follow-up phone calls.

10. Assist in the operation of the MM360 software/Salesforce.

11. Maintain business files.

12. Tally Incentive Points daily/weekly.

13. Update Incentive Points Board for team members weekly

14. Prepare maid books and assignments.

15. Prepare daily cleaning schedule.

16. Inspect homes on a regular basis as assigned and coordinate quality assurance program.

17. Follow-up and resolve customer complaint problems.

18. Advise Owner/Manager of customer or employee relations problems

19. Assist in preparation of daily cleaning schedule.

20. Prepare team books and cleaning assignments

21. Communicate all team assignments to teams

22. Assist the Team in cleaning homes as needed

Office Assistant Secondary Responsibilities

1. Maintain a clean and fresh appearance in the office reception area.

2. At all times contribute to a positive work climate and to the overall team effort of the company.

3. Assist in the maintenance and preparation of cleaning product dispensers and cleaning cloths.

4. Prepare daily packs for team members

5. Perform all office functions and other reasonable, related duties as assigned or requested.

Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.

Job Type: Part-Time–4 days a week –Tues-Friday

Salary: $11.00 to $12.00 /hour
