Summary of Position:

Hiring!!!! Entry level & experienced Dishwasher at our commissary kitchen facilities to wash and clean, pots, pans and equipment. On a typical day our dish staff keeps the dish-room and equipment clean and organized. Must be able to work as a team with other HOH (heart of the house) positions.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Load, run and unload dish machine.
Keep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical problems immediately.
Monitor dish machine water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycle.
Keep dish-room clean and organized.
Bag and haul trash to dumpster at designed times.
Maintain adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies.
Clean food preparation and production areas as required.
Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor.
Qualifications:

No experience required
Be able to work in hot, wet, humid environment
Be physically able to lift, reach, bend and stoop.
Be able to work in a standing position
Be able to safely lift bags, cases and stacks weighing up to 40 pounds.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.00 – $13.00 per hour
