Metro Taxi is looking part time & Full time Dispatchers. We are an established company of 30+ years.
Available Shifts: 5Am-1pm 3Pm-11pm Mon-Fri Weekends shifts available.

What’s needed to start?
Basic computer skills
Customer service skills (If your not a people person this is not the position for you)
Logistics experience or dispatch experience preferred.

What’s expected?
Enter trips into our dispatch system (very easy fill in the blanks)
Answer phone calls entering info in to computer system
Coordinate reservations with drivers.
Keep workspace clean and organized
Maintain excellent communication with customers & managers.
