We are currently looking to hire an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and energetic Dispatcher in Tampa, FL. In this role, you will be scheduling service for customers and coordinating with field service technicians. This position will support our technicians located throughout the state of Florida.

Essential Job Functions and Performance Standards:

Dispatchers are responsible for answering calls and working with the management and technicians in a way that maximizes efficiency and ensures customer satisfaction.

Ability to dispatch and move calls for various technicians.

Energy, enthusiasm, integrity and interest in performing at a high level day in and day out.

Ability and commitment to be on time.

Attention to detail, multitasker

Primary Responsibilities and Requirements:

Provide exceptional customer service to our clients at all times.

Strong teamwork skills and high regard for teamwork with respect.

Ability to work with other employees, management and technicians to get the job done correctly and in the best interest or our clients, while abiding by company policies and procedures.

Flexibility with regard to work hours and days, given that we operate Monday through Saturday.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 – $15.00 per hour
