Our small office is located in Tampa, but we service 3 counties and are looking to hire a dispatcher to help handle our high call volume & schedule/dispatch calls to the technicians.

Responsibilities include:

Dispatching calls, paperwork, billing, customer satisfaction, communicating with technicians.

Days: Monday- Saturday

Requirement:

Must be able to multi task and handle high volume of calls.

Hard working.

Spanish is a plus.

Excellent customer relations.

Able to work under high pressure.

Able to work on computer.
