Description

Busy local bar looking for an experienced door man to add to our staff. The right candidate will have a positive attitude, enjoy working at a small business with a family-like atmosphere and work well with others. This position is an autonomous position at the door – candidate must have ability to occasionally handle unruly patrons with professionalism and patience, check IDs, adhere to and implement rules and policies at door and around bar with a cool head and appropriate action. Candidate must be available to work nights and weekends. Company pays biweekly through direct deposit.

REQUIRED:
Fluent English
Use HotSchedules software for scheduling
Have computer and internet access for company e-mails
Live locally – as in Jupiter/Tequesta/PBG
Have valid FL driver’s license
Must be able to attend staff meetings, events, etc
No felony or DUI record

Job Duties include:
ID checks at door
Manage/remove patrons as needed
Monitor dock and parking areas
Assist bar staff as needed

Previous Responsible Vendors training is a plus

Starting pay is $15/hr

Company conducts random drug testing and background checks.
