MAX BMW Motorcycles, home to massive BMW Motorcycle Parts Department, is seeking an Entry-Level Parts Assistant for our Brookfield, CT location.

MAX BMW is the largest BMW Motorcycle dealer group in the United States; with 4 locations and a massive online parts business, we are seeking to hire a competent candidate to assist in our very busy online parts department.
Auto Parts and/or Customer Service experience is extremely desired.

Ideal candidates will have 1 year of previous parts experience in the automotive or motorcycle industry and excellent customer service and phone skills and be able to keep up with a high call volume. You must also be very comfortable with data entry, order entry, and receiving and processing a large volume of orders. Experience with CRM tools is a plus, but not required; however, you must be willing to be trained.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High school or equivalent
Previous data entry and customer service experience is a must

REQUIRED LICENSE AND BACKGROUND CHECK:
A motorcycle license is not required but is a plus.
Applicants will be asked to submit to an extensive background check

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
At least 1 year automotive/motorcycle parts order fulfillment experience
At least 1 year of customer service/sales experience
Comfortable with data entry including, order entry and receiving orders
Work during hours of operations: Tuesday to Friday 8:30 am- 6:00 pm Sat 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
High level of motivation, energy and be able to work with a team
Excellent phone skills
Outstanding customer service
BMW BRAND motorcycle experience NOT required
