Experienced Carpet, Upholstery, Tile and Grout Cleaning Technician

We are looking for carpet/upholstery, tile and grout cleaning technician with experience operating truck mount unit. You will be responsible for carpet, rug, tile and grout and upholstery cleaning at residential and commercial properties. This is a physically demanding job so you need to be in shape, and a neat appearance is a must.

QUALIFIED TECHNICIAN WILL BE SPONSORED BY OUR COMPANY TO OBTAIN REQUIRED CERTIFICATION.

Seeking a technician with a good sales skills, who will upgrade services offered.

You must have experience in upholstery cleaning field and in operation truck mount unit. Must be very responsible with chemicals transportation and handing. You must be a self-motivated individual with valid driver’s license, good driving record with no tickets last 1 year and be able to pass required background screening. Must have ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities:

• Experience in upholstery cleaning filed and in operation truck mount unit
• Must be very responsible with chemicals transportation and handing
• Responsible for cleanliness, maintenance and general care of company vehicle
• Provide quality cleaning and related services to customers
• Recognize customers’ needs and propose beneficial packages
• Good communication skills
• Clean and neat appearance
• Ability to work long hours and on weekends
• Work well independently
• Ability to move and/or lift 50 lbs (avg)
• Valid Driver’s License
