WE’RE HIRING! Experienced Customer Service Representatives Needed!
Customer Service Representative Duties and Responsibilities:
-Listen, document, and help resolve conflicts with customers
-Answer questions or handle complaints from customers
-Log phone calls, emails, ticketing and chat requests
-Provide information to customers about order status and product queries
-Process customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures
-Work closely with the credit department to resolve disputed credit items
-Manage large amounts of incoming calls
-Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
-Meet personal/customer service team goals and call handling quotas
-Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
-Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
-Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
-Take the extra mile to engage customers
-Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
-Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening while multi-tasking in fast-paced environment
-Familiarity with CRM systems, Zendesk Ticketingor similar, Google GSuite, Excel
-VERY STRONG COMPUTER SKILLS
-Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
-Excellent communication skills
-Ability to multi-task, prioritize, manage time effectively and work quickly under pressure.
-ABILITY TO TRAVEL TO OFFICE IN WPB NEAR PBI AIRPORT DAILY.
