Logistics Broker seeking an EXPERIENCED Full-Time Dispatcher.

Due to the fast pace, it is preferable you have Brokerage Dispatch experience;
however, we will consider Asset Based Dispatchers.

Bilingual English/Spanish is a PLUS.

IMPORTANT:
This IS NOT a 9-5 job but rather a full-time career. General office hours are 7:00 am – 6:00 pm but you will be expected to work overtime as dictated by the day. As with any career, in order to be successful, you must put in the hours and have the desire to learn and grow.

This is a super fast-paced business.

Responsibilities:
This position will dispatch truck drivers for deliveries to customers and provide necessary communications to complete the task.

Preferred candidates will possess a High School Diploma or GED, have several years experience in the trucking industry. Candidates must also be willing to work extended hours as needed, be computer literate and possess strong verbal and written communication skills.

BILINGUAL ENGLISH/SPANISH IS A PLUS!

Job Requirements:
● Schedule Monday – Friday – Full-Time with Over-Time as needed.
● Dispatch Carriers to satisfy Customer loads.
● The ability to follow through the steps of dispatching orders, and assuring the loads are delivered on time every time which includes constant communication and coordination with the drivers.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while under pressure is a MUST.
● Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize.
● Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Strong organizational and planning skills.
● Proficiency in MS Office

Compensation:
●Pay determined based upon the experience you bring to the table. (Over-Time paid at time and a half.)
