We’re looking to build our team at Big Bear Brewing Company and we’re looking for experienced food runners and expo.

We are in search of experienced, mature persons who truly enjoy providing hospitality and the highest quality of service to the guest. Big Bear Brewing Company values a commitment to teamwork, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude.

Requirements:

• Two to three years’ experience in a high volume, full-service restaurant.
• Must be upbeat, outgoing and positive.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Must be able to assist guests and possess great guest relations skills.
• Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively within a team.
• Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
• Must be dependable and responsible. Reliable transportation and be punctual.
