We are looking to add a few new members to our team!

Who are you? A barista (or an aspiring barista) who desires to take their craft to the next level and is looking to join a team for the long haul. A person who genuinely loves hospitality and approaches every interaction with empathy and kindness. A team player eager to support and grow with their peers. Someone who is able to pay attention to all the details, while managing a complex cue and still have a smile on your face (underneath the mask that is.)

Who are we? At Felix Roasting Co, our mission is to pull out all the stops, every time; to treat guests to the most thoughtful experience and most superb product; and to remain humble hosts in the process.

We source vibrant coffees that speak to the uniqueness of their origins. Through our selections, we wish to encourage innovation, through our recipes we strive to inspire creativity, through our connections we wish to infuse the rituals that have brought us together, that being coffee and storytelling, into our daily lives. In believing that there is similarity between our shared heritage, we forge new paths to common progress.

Together: We will help to redefine and elevate each customer’s coffee experience. We have just opened our second location, nestled in the heart of Soho and are quickly picking up the pace. We are looking for baristas to join us on this journey. Weekends are a must, as is a positive attitude.
