Floral Sales Associate

Rachel Cho Floral Design – Long Island City, NY

Seeking Floral Sales Associate for a fast-paced floral design company. Must be motivated self-starter who takes initiative and manages work independently in a highly responsive manner with a positive attitude.

In this role, you will be responsible for the design and sales of upcoming events, projects, and accounts. As the flower business is fast paced and unpredictable, this role is ideal for someone willing to take charge, be able to think on their feet, and be able to multitask while being highly organized.

The following is a general list of job duties, but may not encompass all tasks:

Provide creative direction, pricing and proposals for events, projects, and accounts
Be point of contact for clients to ensure customer satisfaction
Administrative support in flower studio
Answering the phone, taking daily orders and general customer service
On-site event support
Be available full-time Monday-Friday as well as on weekends (if needed)
Desired Skills and Expertise

1-3 years experience as salesperson, designer, or similar role
Floral industry experience preferred
Ability to be both creative and analytical. Must be able to use spreadsheets and think critically.
Ability to multitask and willingness to wear many hats.
Strong communication skills
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
