HI Restaurant Group is looking for someone with strong customer service skills, who has the ability to learn the food and beverage menu, utilize the POS software platform, and a team player with a friendly demeanor and a great sense of humor.

You will be responsible for:
Providing hospitality to guests to ensure an excellent experience
Take customers food and drink order
Ensure all orders are accurate and brought to each table in a timely manner
Suggestively sell appetizers, drinks, and meals to customers
Work closely with management to immediately address all customers concerns and create a pleasant dining experience
Assist with setting tables and clearing trash and dirty dishes
Working on restaurant POS system efficiently while also handling cash and credit card transactions
