Qualified RUNNERS will have:
1 year of experience as a Food Runner in a well-rated restaurant
the responsibility of setting up line for service and breakdown at the end of the night
The ability to take direction and work with a team in order to continue service
A great work ethic and commitment to uncompromising quality
Worked the pass before alongside the chefs to help garnish, prepare, and check plating
Full-time availability including days, nights and weekends
Run hot plates from expo line to tables
