Busy Auto Body Collision center has an opening for a full time Front Desk Receptionist. We offer 45+ hours a week.
* Answer phones professionally and courteously
* Transfer calls to proper departments
* Open client files
* Maintain files
* Assist with making calls to schedule rental cars for clients
* Dispatch Tow trucks for Non-driveable vehicles
* Greet customers courteously and professionally.
* Math skills are required
* Maintain several spreadsheets, knowledgeable in Excel
* Generate nightly reporting of vehicles in process

Requirements:
* Must be able to Multi-task, this requires moving from task to task and staying focused
* Must have experience in general math. High School math or college math is required
* Must be computer literate with proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook
* Must be able to navigate through multiple software programs, Summit and Mitchell Connect, we will train the
right candidate in these programs
* Must be Punctual, Reliable and Dependable
* Must be a Self Starter
* Strong organizational skills
* Answer multi-line phone system
* Must have clear handwriting skills
* Automotive background experience is helpful, but not necessary
