As a Flower Shop Customer Service representative, you’ll take full responsibility for creating an exceptional delivery experience that ensures long-term customer retention. We are looking for someone who embraces their role of organizing deliveries that are placed in-store, online, or by email. We are looking for a team player that has a deep commitment to building relationships with customers, peers and other partners.

*Taking Phone Orders Daily through our website and using Shopify
*Helping customers in-store to place orders for flowers, plants, and other related products.
*Gift Wrapping daily flower retail orders for safe transportation.
*Responding to Customer Emails for Delivery Changes.
*Making sure all event invoices are printed.
*Using Outlook Calendar daily to organize event deliveries and weekly subscription deliveries for the team.
*Presenting all Order Tickets to Floral Designers so that orders are made on-time for delivery.
*Assigning Orders to our Delivery Drivers in our Delivery App for dispatch so that orders are delivered on-time.
*Opening the store promptly at 9am every shift and closing at 6pm every shift.
*Creating one weekly email marketing campaign per week for existing customer — example: providing coupons, deals, specials.
*Helping to gather payment from overdue invoices and orders
