Description

Full time position maintenance technician/ handyman, in private residence to be filled ASAP.

Responsibilities include:
Maintain outside property clean and ordered
Perform maintenance and troubleshooting/repairs on equipment and appliances
Perform light electrical work (hanging fixtures, etc).
Perform maintenance of cars to include arranging detailing, airing tires and scheduling service.
Handle household errands and stocking the home as needed
Diagnose problems and contact/oversee appropriate contractor(s)
Oversee landscapers, pest control, and any other exterior vendors
Ensure home is properly prepared and secured during hurricane and storm events

Qualifications:
Must speak english
Have experience over 5 years with handy work- References required
Work in a timely manner
Ethical and Responsible
Must have own transportation
Must pass extensive background check
Valid FL driver license
