Division Direct Reconditioning

Job Scope:

Cleaning and restoring the interior and exterior of vehicles according to client specifications in a fast-paced, high volume production environment. Working on a production line cohesively within a team.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform vehicle cleaning and preparation processes include washing, wheel cleaning, waxing and buffing, polishing, removing finish defects, assistance with paint applications and performing minor repair.
Meet daily production and quality goals.
Move or park vehicles to support production flow as necessary.
Maintain a safe, clean and organized shop and work area
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:

Previous experience in detail shop, car wash, car rental or buffing experience helpful but not required.
Valid driver’s license.
Successful completion of background check and drug test
Ability to work on a team in a fast-paced production environment.
Ability to stand for long periods of time, push, pull, bend, stoop and lift up to 30 lbs.

Work Schedule:

Full Time Monday-Friday 7:30am – 4:30pm and some weekends.

Extra hours Monday and Tuesday depending on volume
