Feinsteins – Now Hiring: Garde Manger
Looking for garde manger/ pastry service cooks. Must be willing to learn both garde manger and pastry stations.
The correct candidates will follow directions while paying attention to details. The duties of this position may change from time to time. Management reserves the right to add or delete duties and responsibilities at their discretion. This job description is intended to describe the general level of work being performed. It is not intended to be all-inclusive. Skills, qualifications, and expectations of line cook will be as follows but not limited to:

Time management
Working as part of a team
Organization and cleanliness
Work on your feet 10 plus hours
Lift 30 pounds
Kitchen operations and procedures as per Department of Health guidelines
Prepare and plate food as per Chef’s guideline
Superior knife cuts
Multitasking
Working with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time
Set up, prep and restock station
