Description

We are looking for a grill cook superstar for our family restaurant, Un Pollo located at Doral.

-BILINGUAL (Spanish) is a PLUS.
-This a great opportunity to grow and escalate in a small restaurant.
-Flexible Schedule, you must have weekend availability.

Part of the responsibilities are:

Slicing, cutting, shredding, tenderizing, and skewering meat and vegetables. Braising and grilling meats.

Checking that ingredients remain fresh and safe for consumption. Preventing cross-contamination. Preparing meals in accordance with customers’ preferences, if applicable.

Liaising with waitstaff once orders are finalized.

Ensuring that your workstation remains clean and orderly at all times.

Informing the Manager when equipment is due for maintenance, repair, or replacement.

Tracking inventory to ensure that you always have adequate supplies.

compensation: $10 – $12.5 (BASED ON EXPERIENCE) + TIPS
