Since then, we have grown and now we operate as a full logistics provider with offices in Chicago, IL (Headquarters) — Miami, FL — El Paso, TX — San Salvador, SV — Mexico City, MX — Guadalajara, MX. JOB DESCRIPTION-RESPONSIBILITIES:
Domestic shipping: Quoting, Booking, Tracking.
Customer Service via phone/email.
Knowledge of domestic transportation (FTL, LTL, Expedited, Drayage…)
MUST have Proficiency in Excel and Outlook
Typing proficiency with a minimum speed of 40 WPM.
Excellent written and oral communications.
Problem-solving abilities.
Multi-tasking abilities.
Ability to work under pressure.
Bilingual not required (Spanish is a plus).
Training will be provided.

HOURS: Monday to Friday

Benefits & Salary: Starting salary based on skills and experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $13.00 to $15.00 /hour based on experience
